Bird Virus Terrorism, Secrecy & New Safety Invention.

Bird Virus studies on the horrible bird flu virus are coming soon. The virus is transmissible to humans.  It's claimed that zero details will be left out. Is this possible?
World Health Organization (WHO) in Geneva is great.  But won't they leave matters out?
World Health Organization says the vague benefits to the planet's public health outweigh the risks of viral bioterrorism. However World Health Organization concedes publication should be delayed, allowing viral scientists time to "engage in public communication". This might mean leave out dangerous material from the public.

Innovation Institute's invention to combat viral transmission and evolution need not be kept secret. However its division Biotechnology Innovation Institute TM believes strict confidentiality is needed until anti terrorism methods such as Adaptive Matrix Tracking TM are in place.
