However World Health Organization concedes publication should be delayed, allowing viral scientists time to "engage in public communication". This might mean leave out dangerous material from the public.Innovation Institute's invention to combat viral transmission and evolution need not be kept secret. However its division Biotechnology Innovation Institute TM believes strict confidentiality is needed until anti terrorism methods such as Adaptive Matrix Tracking TM are in place.
